Tai-Chi
Tai Chi is a gentle exercise system suitable for anyone, and excellent for improving balance, stamina, health and general well-being. We teach Wudang (Wu-Cheng) style; beginners are welcome as well as more experienced practitioners. No need to bring anything apart from comfortable clothes.
