Tai Chi / Qi Gong Class
Qigong (pronounced Chee-gong) is a series of slow gentle movements, to promote health and wellbeing by bringing ‘qi’ or life-force into the body and encouraging it to flow without blockage. The exercises loosen the joints, strengthen the tendons and muscles, improve circulation and relax the nervous system.
