Light-touch support (free to people aged 55+ living in Glasgow City Council and South Ayrshire Council areas).
Members receive a Good Morning Call at a pre-arranged time for a good chat and to check that all is well. We are someone to share a laugh with or simply be there to listen and give emotional support in difficult times.
If our Good Morning Call goes unanswered and the person can't be located we will alert the nominated contact person (usually someone who has keys) or the emergency services to a potential health problem. Help will be sent 365 days a year.
