Walk Aberdeen Health Walks
Health Walks are a national programme run by Paths for All and are designed to assist people to become more active through walking.
Walking is a low impact activity which is accessible to everyone without the need for any special equipment or to go to a gym. Walking is a very social activity and our walks last 30-60 minutes and are delivered at a pace which allows and encourages talking.
Tea and coffee is charged at minimal prices depending on venue. Come along, have a chat and get some fresh air.
The Walk Aberdeen programme offers Health Walks, Buggy Walks and many of the walks are dementia friendly.
