Meets Tuesdays 10am at Fountain Gardens in Paisley.
All of our families and volunteers welcome. Children must be in a buggy.
Exercise not only changes your body. It changes your mind, your attitude and your mood. Talking is good for the mind and body too so come along for a walk and a chat.
