Walking Football
by Dundee United Community Trust Claimed
Walking Football has become increasingly popular in the UK and it's exactly what it sounds like - a standard game of football where players walk instead of run. It is designed to help people get fit or maintain an active lifestyle, no matter their age of fitness. Benefits of taking part in walking football include lower blood pressure, better mobility, reduced weight and meeting new people.
