Every Wednesday we will meet up somewhere and go for a walk together. Walking is a great form of exercise, improving over fitness, heart health and also mental health. Regular walking has been shown to reduce the risk of disease, high blood pressure, joint pain and stiffness and diabetes.
Please feel free to join us, get some fresh air and meet some fellow walkers. Agape Wellbeing will arrange a meeting place and a route each week. Numbers are limited, so ensure you get in touch to ensure a place is available.
Wednesdays 11am onwards.
