Work Placements
We source work placements and employment opportunities for our trainees (adults with learning disabilities) in order to support their learning. Trainees are carefully assessed on ability and matched to local businesses and potential placements within the community. These placements can take the following forms:-
Work Experience Opportunites
Work Placements
Voluntary Placements
Paid Employment
Our aim is to equip our trainees with transferable skills that can be of value to employers. Our trainees are fully supported by a member of Fly Cup staff at the commencement with an employer until they are confident to work unsupported.
