Welcome to the ALISS Analytics Tour.

Our new analytics pages give you access to valuable data about the services and organisations listed on ALISS.

You can change the date range to suit you or choose from quick options like Last Month or All Time.

Service and organisation data is available from 2017, with the data for visits to ALISS available from 2023.

The summary page is where you will find key insights, some of which are visualised in graphs.

You can find the full list of available information by simply selecting Show All wherever you see it on the Analytics pages.

You have the option to save the data in Excel or PDF format so you can view and work with the data later.

The location page provides detailed data on different regions in Scotland.

Select your region from the list to get key insights such as the number of services and claim services and the most viewed services.

The My Statistics page is where you can find data on specific organisations and services within ALISS.

To find your organisation and service data, type the name in the search bar.

All data will be on the page for you to view and download.

When you add an organisation or service to ALISS, the data will show on analytics the day after it is added.
