Dixon Community
The Dixon Community was established in 1972 as a charity to support carers and older people in the South of Glasgow. We are home to Glasgow South Carers Centre and a multicultural opportunities daycare service for over 55s.
Our vision is for everyone, regardless of background, to enjoy a good quality of life. This includes:
- Feeling healthy: We can connect you with resources to maintain your physical and mental health.
- Staying connected: We offer social activities and befriending services to combat loneliness and isolation.
- Being involved: We encourage participation in community events to keep you engaged and active.
By providing the right support, we help carers and older people thrive.
