Cadder Housing Association was established in 1993 and is a community based social housing landlord that aims to provide high quality housing and services to our tenants and other customers.
Cadder HA now owns 696 properties and provides a factoring management services to 409 owner-occupiers.
Cadder Housing Association is a registered “Not for Profit” organisation and a registered charity (SC036455), where any surpluses made are re-invested in the upkeep and maintenance of our area and properties, also to ensure the provision of high quality services in our work.
