Argyll Wellbeing Hub

At Argyll Wellbeing Hub we believe in promoting peer to peer self help for those that are or have suffered with any mental health illness, or other issues which makes them feel down, sad or isolated.

We will make sure that this remains true to the underpinning model of empowering each member to take responsibility for themselves with support from the group and the signposting information we have available locally.

We aim to:

  • Prevent suicide and raise awareness
  • Improve lives
  • Provide a safe, comfortable place to talk
  • Increase social connectedness
