Yoker Housing Association
Yoker Housing Association Ltd is a Registered Social Landlord operating in Yoker in the West of Glasgow. The Association’s main aim is to help sustain the community of Yoker through the provision of good quality, affordable housing, and housing related services to those in the greatest housing need.
The Association is a not-for-profit organisation which means that any surplus we make is reinvested back into our homes, communities, and services. We are registered with the Scottish Housing Regulator and run by a voluntary Committee of Management. We are also a Registered Industrial and Provident Society registered with the Financial Conduct Authority and a recognised Scottish Charity registered with the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator:

Yoker Housing Association works in partnership with Drumchapel Money Advice Centre (DMAC) to offer tenants free welfare rights and money advice services.
Yoker Housing Association operates an open waiting list which means that anybody aged 16 or over can apply for housing at any time.
Yoker Housing Association recognises there are times where tenants have difficulties managing their tenancy and can offer advice and assistance to tenants experiencing difficulties.
