Keep The Heid Mental Health Café

Keep The Heid Mental Health Café is a peer support service for people living with mental health problems in East Lothian. Sessions are run by a professional facilitator and volunteer with lived experience of mental health problems. Each session starts with a guided meditation and people are then invited to share their experiences and what is real for them right now. The format is similar to Alcoholics Anonymous. Tea and coffee is available from 7pm with the main session starting at 7.30pm. Anyone aged over 16 is welcome to attend.

Haddington Sessions are from 7pm to 9pm every Friday at the Trinity Centre
Tranent Sessions are from 7pm to 9pm at the Fraser Centre
