Ruchazie Housing Association is a Community Based Housing Association based in the east end of Glasgow. We own and manage 226 rented properties and 1 commercial property. We are run by voluntary committee members and currently have 5 staff members.


The Association is committed to ensuring that every tenant and other customer has their individual needs recognised, is treated fairly and with respect, and receives fair access to housing and housing services.
