Alliance4Growth

Alliance4Growth is a not-for-profit community organisation based in Scotland, working to reduce inequality and improve life chances for people facing social and economic disadvantage across Forth Valley. The organisation focuses on community development, skills building, and wellbeing support.

A core area of work is supporting men’s mental health within Afro-Caribbean communities, addressing stigma, isolation, and barriers to accessing help. We provide safe, culturally informed spaces, wellbeing activities, and signposting to appropriate services.

Alliance4Growth delivers quarterly cultural events celebrating heritage, identity, and community cohesion. These events are open to everyone and encourage shared learning and connection across communities.

Activities are delivered through planned programmes and one-off initiatives in accessible community venues and online. The organisation is community-led, volunteer-supported, and committed to safeguarding, accountability, and positive impact.
