We are people no longer in full-time employment getting together to help each other to create opportunities to exercise our minds and bodies, meet friends and have fun.

55 different activity groups, from language conversation to walks, talks, or outings to social get-togethers, meet throughout the month, and other events are organised.

We are based in the West End of Glasgow but open to all.
