Tweed Valley Trail Therapy

Tweed Valley Trail Therapy offers a free, mountain biking service to individuals who have experienced poor mental health. We deliver an informal therapeutic programme based on FLOW therapy.

We provide free bikes and equipment and deliver weekly sessions which last 2-3 hours. Each session is progressive and is developed over the six-week block.

Participants must be over eighteen years of age and must know how to ride a bicycle.

Sessions are run by, fully qualified, volunteer, mountain bike leaders.
