Aberdeen Physically Disabled Swimming Club

We are a swimming club for the disabled meeting weekly at the Aberdeen Sports Village pool, 7-8pm on Tuesdays. We have 2 in-pool helpers and instructors who provide support and improvement coaching if required. If you just want a leisurely swim that's fine too! We expect you to be able to change yourself and we can help you to the poolside where we have a hoist available. You are welcome to bring a chaperone or helper yourself.
