Newburgh & Ythan Community Trust

Newburgh & Ythan Community Trust is a voluntary organisation that supports project in the communities of Newburgh, Foveran, Cultercullen and Udny Station to improve our area for the people who live here and those who visit the area.

We are keen to attract members to join the Trust. If you live within the Foveran Community Council area you can apply for Full Membership or if you live outside the area you can apply for Associated Membership. Full and Associate members need to be aged 16 or over. Membership is free and you will be sent a twice yearly e-newsletter informing you about projects and activities with which the Trust is involved. There will be also opportunities for members to volunteer on projects but there is no obligation to do so.

Newburgh Beach Road Car Park Project

Newburgh & Ythan Community Trust's Beach Road Car Park was a project undertaken to improve access to the wonderful beach and seal viewing platforms at Newburgh.

Newburgh Seal Viewing Experience Project

As part of the Newburgh Seal Viewing Experience Project, a new all abilities path will be built from the Beach Road Car Park to the Ythan estuary where a low level viewpoint will also be built.
