Action in Mind

Action in Mind is the leading local mental health charity predominantly working across the Stirling Council area, supporting better mental health for everyone.

We provide person-centred, outcome focused services for people from the age of 18 years experiencing low to moderate mental health conditions as well as people living with long-term chronic mental illnesses. We work closely with Stirling Council, NHS Forth Valley and Clackmannanshire and Stirling Health & Social Care Partnership.

All of our services (with the exception of Home Support) are free to access, but are referral-only. Referrals can be sought from your GP, social work, psychology, psychiatry, or any other professional who is involved in your care and support.

Home Support can only be accessed on contacting social services across the Stirling, Clackmannanshire or Falkirk Councils to request support and assessment of their needs.
