Ageing Well Midlothian

Ageing Well Midlothian Logo

Established in 1999 in partnership with NHS Lothian, Ageing Well encourages the over 50s to increase their physical activity levels.

The project offers a wide range of weekly activities throughout Midlothian called the Be-active Programme.

Dance and sing for the health of it
