Argyll and Bute Rape Crisis

Argyll and Bute Rape Crisis Logo

Argyll & Bute Rape Crisis provide specialist support and advocacy services to survivors of all forms of sexual trauma, including but not limited to, Rape, Sexual Assault and Childhood Sexual Abuse and Commercial Sexual Exploitation.

We will support whether the abuse is recent or historic. We are part of the Scotland wide National Advocacy Service which provides support through the legal system, from reporting to Police, helping with access to Special Measures and to attending Court.

This free & confidential support is available across A+B, we have Centres in Dunoon (main), Rothesay, Oban, Lochgilphead and Helensburgh. Support is also available to non-offending family members as we recognise that they too may need our services. Support can be accessed face-to-face, by video call or by telephone.

We have Prevention Workers in both Primary** and Secondary** Schools, facilitating age-appropriate workshops on a variety of topics. **Contact Dunoon Centre for details.
