We are one of Ayrshire's leading housing associations with over 1,500 houses. We are nationally recognised for the quality of our housing. We are proud to be tenant and community run.

We were formed in April 2003 when Carrick Housing Association and South Ayrshire Homes came together. Our governance structure is based on a partnership of our tenants, South Ayrshire Council and Ayrshire’s communities.
