Buchan Counselling is based in Peterhead and can offer face to face, online and telephone counselling. We work with anyone overvyte age of 16.

We offer person centred counselling and facilitate mental health training for groups.

Counselling can be helpful in times of anxiety, depression, bereavement and at times of emotional distress. Counselling can support you when life gets difficult and you need someone to listen.

Sessions last an hour and are usually weekly but they xzn be arranged to suit you. We gave both daytime and evening sessions available.
