Centred (Scotland)
We’re here to help people living with mental ill-health ditch any stigma associated with it and feel like an important part of their community. We help them live full and independent lives no matter their background or the level of support they need.
Our approach is always person-centred and focused on recovery, so people working with us can help themselves improve their future opportunities and learn to shine again. We do this by assisting people in rebuilding their self-confidence, health, and wellbeing by educating them on better lifestyle choices and encouraging positive change.
We provide community based support across the whole of Highland. We also have 23 bed residential recovery centre to support people transitioning from the hospital into the community. Our Discovery College provides peer led support to everyone in the community. We also deliver Care at Home to people throughout Caithness.
