Connecting Carers

Connecting Carers Logo

Connecting Carers provides information and advice to Carers, to help each Carer make the best decisions about their caring role. We also provide help with accessing funding, we offer counselling through our Wellbeing Team and deliver events and training for Carers. As part of our service we offer online and face-to-face groups, and events and activities for Young Carers. We work in partnership with other organisations to help all Carers achieve their outcomes and have a life alongside caring.
