Cornerstone SDS delivers information, advice and guidance about self-directed support to people accessing social care in Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City. By linking their clients with a local advisor, the service ensures that individuals in receipt of social care have the information they need to make informed choices about the support they need.

This service is available to anyone in receipt of social care in the Grampian area.
