Castlemilk Relaxation Centre

Castlemilk Relaxation Centre is dedicated to providing quality services to enable people to lead happy, healthier and more independent lives.

The centre provides a range of flexible stress management services to Castlemilk residents tailored to meet the needs of individuals and groups. Dedicated services are provided to people with mental health problems, addiction issues, children and young people. Training and volunteering opportunities are also available.

Services now reach to other areas within the south east of Glasgow.
