Digital Inclusion - Glasgow Kelvin Learning Network
The Glasgow Kelvin Learning Network is a unique collaboration between community learning centre hosts and Glasgow Kelvin College, with some funding support via the Wheatley Foundation and Glasgow City Council.
Learning centres are hosted by independent organisations which use the facilities as part of their own community services.
