Arran Community and Voluntary Service

Arran Community and Voluntary Service Logo

A local charitable organisation providing a range of information and services to voluntary and community organisations operating on Arran. As part of the Third Sector Interface we also offer support to wider North Ayrshire health and care focussed organisations.

These services include; governance and funding information, connecting organisations and partner services, volunteering promotion and support, providing a voice at strategic level for third sector groups and organisations, gathering and sharing knowledge of our sector.

Locally we deliver projects which address identified local needs where gaps existed. Currently these; are 'Blether Buddies' befriending and short breaks befriending, 'Arran Community Transport', 'Arran Community Link Worker', Craft, Coffee and Chat group, and weekly island lunch clubs.

Information on projects can be found on our website. The office is open between 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday, where one of the team would be happy to answer any questions.
