Wilderness Wellbeing

Wilderness Wellbeing CIC, nestled in the heart of Moray within the stunning Cairngorm National Park, is built on the values of community, connection, and collaboration.

Our mission is simple: to make positive mental health a right, not a privilege.

At the core of our work are transformative wellbeing weekends, offering subsidised places for those in need. Beyond that, we host live talks, corporate wellbeing packages, and community-focused day events, all designed to foster resilience, healing, and growth.

At Wilderness Wellbeing, we are proud to align with the principles of Community Wealth Building. We prioritise working with local suppliers and facilitators, ensuring that the resources we use and the opportunities we create directly benefit the communities we serve.
