The Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership is made up of colleagues from the City of Edinburgh Council, NHS Lothian, as well as colleagues from the third and voluntary sectors. Together, we plan and deliver all community health and social care services for adults and older people, along with supporting homelessness, mental health, and disability services.
