In the heart of communities, we’re the largest provider of sport and leisure facilities across the city. We provide activities for everyone as they move through their lives. As a charitable trust, every penny goes back into taking care of the health and wellbeing of Edinburgh.

Edinburgh Leisure runs Active Communities as our charitable wing, offering a range of low-cost and free activities to support you in your journey to health and fitness. Some are available as a drop-in, pay-as-you-go basis and others are available upon referral. Discounted and free memberships are also available for concessions in receipt of certain benefits or experiencing health concerns.
