Emmaus Glasgow
Emmaus Glasgow provides a home and support for people with experience of homelessness or social exclusion. The charity offers more than a room, Emmaus Glasgow provides support and opportunities to progress.
Everyone coming to Emmaus has a own private room in a shared home for up to 27 people, who are known as 'companions' by the charity. Upon joining, you'll receive an individualised package of support.
Like any flourishing community, everyone has a role. At Emmaus Glasgow you can help in the charity shops, which reuse and recycle donated goods, and volunteer at the soup kitchen in the city centre.
People who are part of Emmaus Glasgow say the routine provided by the charity helps self-confidence and self-esteem. You'll receive support every step of the way with Emmaus. To find out more and how to apply visit: https://emmaus.org.uk/glasgow/about-us/homelessness-help/
