There are no off-peak or peak times, membership gives you access to the club anytime during our normal opening hours & you can take full advantage of the latest cardio & resistance equipment laid out across a spacious gym floor. Free weights go up to 50kg & you can keep your workouts varied & more effective than ever with dedicated functional training areas.
