Just one day a month could transform health in Elgin. THE UK’s leading preventative health platform* is launching a landmark initiative in Elgin and needs your help. Goldster is a community platform that enables members to take control of their own health, reducing the need for medical treatment.Goldster members learn how to look after themselves and one another. This brings the community together,protects the most vulnerable and relieves the strain on our besieged NHS.Goldster is collaborating with the Maryhill GP surgery in Elgin to provide support.We are seeking individuals to become Goldster sponsors.Sponsors are asked to give up 1 day a month to help people sign up and learn about the platform. Sponsors have free access to all Goldster programmes as well as its VIP content. From art, movement,nutrition,and education to reducing stress, anxiety or chronic pain, Goldster classes offer a holistic solution to the complex difficulties faced by a health service in a changing world.
