Grieve-Breathe-Live
Grieve • Breathe • Live offers trauma-informed, holistic grief coaching for adults navigating bereavement, loss, and life transitions. This is a gentle, non-clinical space where you can explore your grief at your own pace, with support that honours your mind, body, emotions, and spirit.
Sessions are client-led and focus on helping you make sense of your experience, find moments of stability, and begin to live alongside your grief in a way that feels manageable for you.
Support is available online across the UK and in person in Ayrshire. Sessions are typically 60 minutes. Alongside sessions, gentle reflective tools and optional check-in support are available, helping you stay connected to your process between sessions and allowing the work to continue beyond our time together. This service is not a crisis or emergency service.
