We aim to assist adults who are in recovery of a mental health condition to access learning and leisure opportunities within Aberdeen City.
Any agency in Aberdeen City can refer a potential learner – contact us for a
referral form.
If you are a learner and fit the criteria and want help and support to access learning and leisure please give us a call.
The Healthy Minds team will give you guidance and support to access learning and leisure opportunities.
This can help you to:
• Increase your self-confidence
• Learn new things
• Meet new people
• Take part in a range of groups reflecting the current interests of our learners such as cooking, arts & crafts and computing.
