Independent Living Support

Independent Living Support (ILS) is a small charity based in Dumfries and Stranraer. We provide Outreach Housing Support on behalf of Dumfries & Galloway Council in Dumfries, Upper Nithsdale and Stranraer. We also provide additional support for youths 16 to 25 years and self-management support for our clients with mental health concerns. We are a confidential and multi-disciplinary team with the aim of supporting people to move from "simply surviving to actively thriving".
