Inspire Therapies

Inspire Therapies Logo

At Inspire Therapies we aim to provide integrative healthcare services for the local community.

This includes many services such as reflexology, aromatherapy, Indian head massage, Swedish massage and reiki.

As a former nurse, I have extensive knowledge and experience in working with people with long-term chronic health conditions, previous surgeries etc.

I have also trained in oncology massage and have experience working with a cancer charity to provide holistic therapies for clients going through, or who have recently completed cancer treatment.

My goal when you come for therapy is to help you identify your goals and help you take the first steps to improve your health and wellbeing with the help of complementary therapies.

So if you have problems with chronic pain, fatigue, stress, poor sleep patterns, and digestion issues, you have come to the right place.

When you leave you should feel more relaxed, less stressed, more confident and with a plan to help improve your health.
