Everyone needs companionship, and all of us need a helping hand every now and again. Unfortunately, these needs are often heightened for older adults. Many seniors struggle with isolation and this is now strongly linked to poor emotional and physical health. As we get older we also have to cope with age-related difficulties such as mobility.
?At Coastal Cocoon, I offer a companion service to provide social interaction and helping hand many people need to live happily and comfortably at home.
Companion care is perfect for anyone who lives alone or far away from family – as well as to provide relief for family members who are full-time carers. I can provide company, conversation, help to get out and about, accompany you to clubs or meetings, assistance to appointments and much more. This service can be a lifeline for people who feel unsafe to do things on their own.
