Lanarkshire Mind Matters

Lanarkshire Mind Matters is a friendly online resource to help you with your mental health. It is run by the NHS Lanarkshire Digital Psychological Service. We have courses to help with a range of difficulties, including low mood and depression, anxiety, sleep problems, and stress. These are easy to use, and you can work through them in your own time. You can self-refer to some of them and be up and running within a day or two. For others, your GP (or another health professional) needs to make a referral on your behalf. Lanarkshire Mind Matters also contains links to a wealth of other resources to support your mental health and wellbeing. Please note, you cannot self-refer for talking therapy through Lanarkshire Mind Matters. Find out more by visiting our website.
