Life&Soul Counselling is an established service delivering high quality, professional counselling for individuals in and around Glasgow.

We will welcome you into a space where you will be heard, understood, valued and fully accepted as you are. We understand that everyone's journey is unique and so our therapeutic approaches are tailored to each individual client's needs. This allows us to best support you to process both past and present issues and to live your life to your full potential - free from whatever is limiting you.

Our team are trained in a variety of different approaches (including person-centred, psychodynamic and CBT), and attend regular Supervision and Continuing Professional Development courses, all of which enable us to provide you with the best possible support in your counselling journey.

We believe that every life is full of potential, possibility and hope, and that every person accessing our service is worthy of unconditional acceptance, belonging and connection.
