Lochaber Hope
Lochaber Hope Community Hub, provides confidential, compassionate support to people in Lochaber facing a wide range of personal and emotional challenges. We offer Counselling (including for children and families), Mentoring, Employability Support, Personal Development Training, and a variety of Peer Support and Activity Groups. Our services help those experiencing mental health difficulties, suicidal thoughts, addiction, grief, isolation and more. We work in schools, offer Family Systemic Therapy, and support recovery through SMART Recovery, Recovery Walks and our growing Saturday Sober Socials. We also run the Bright Minds youth programme and are developing a Pay What You Can Café within our welcoming Community Hub, a safe, inclusive space for all. Lochaber Hope is here to walk alongside you with care, hope and dignity.
