Lomond & Argyll Advocacy Service

Lomond & Argyll Advocacy Service (usually known as ‘LAAS’) is an independent, free and confidential advocacy organisation operating in the West of Scotland, covering West Dunbartonshire and Argyll & Bute.
LAAS exists to ensure that people's rights, needs and wishes are heard and respected. We help support people to get the information that they need to make choices and ensure that they are genuinely involved in the decisions that affect their lives.
We are funded to work with people over 65, adults with learning disabilities and adults using mental health services. In some areas, we also provide advocacy to adults with problematic substance and alcohol use.
