Long Term Conditions Hebrides (LTCH)

Long Term Conditions Hebrides (LTCH) Logo

LTCH provides activities that can help people living with a Long Term Condition and their carers live better lives. LTCH offers Zoom sessions on self-management skills, mindfulness, yoga and chair yoga.

LTCH provides social opportunities, support and encouragement to decrease isolation for people with long term conditions and their carers. We also provide monthly face to face gatherings, two annual retreats which provide opportunities for alternative or specialist therapies.

LTCH liaise and work cooperatively with Local Authority, Health Board, Joint Integration Board, statutory bodies and third sector organisations who support people with long term conditions.
