Macmillan East Ren
Support for people affected by cancer in East Renfrewshire .
Weekly support and information sessions take place on Wednesdays and at Fridays, where our volunteers provide a friendly welcome and a listening ear over free tea and coffee. We also signpost to other relevant services.
Trained volunteers deliver a gentle movement class on Thursday mornings at Barrhead Foundry (booking essential). The class can be done standing or sitting. Afterwards, there’s a chance to have a coffee and a chat. Cancer-friendly walking groups take place across the week at various locations.
