Mearns And Coastal Healthy Living Network (MCHLN)

Mearns And Coastal Healthy Living Network (MCHLN) Logo

MCHLN is a charity that provides support to older people to help maintain their physical and mental health, wellbeing & independence.

We do this for those living in their own homes in Kincardine and Mearns (Aberdeenshire) - but families, carers and the wider community also benefit.

We run a range of services, groups and activities designed to combat the effects of loneliness and isolation, financial disadvantage and exclusions & isolations.

We have social and lunch clubs, exercise classes, we’re dementia friendly – we can even help with transport for healthcare appointments or shopping.

To learn more or find new meaning and purpose by volunteering, call us on 01561 378130 or visit us at 44 High Street, Laurencekirk.
