MHScot Workplace Wellbeing CIC

MHScot Workplace Wellbeing CIC Logo

MHScot Workplace Wellbeing is Scotland’s first social enterprise dedicated to creating mentally healthy workplaces through training, consultancy and ongoing support. We work with ethically minded employers to build compassionate workplace cultures, reduce stress, and promote early mental health intervention.

We offer accredited qualifications, interactive online learning, live workshops, and a supportive community that fosters positive change. Our practical, evidence-based training equips staff at all levels with the knowledge and skills to support themselves and others — from awareness through to becoming a Mental Health First Aider.

Profits are reinvested into community-focused initiatives, reinforcing our commitment to social impact. Since 2015, we’ve supported over 7,000 people across 340 organisations in the UK.
